These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ComputerBin (the “Site,” “we,” “us”), including our tools, guides, prompt library, workflows, labs, and other resources. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. What ComputerBin is

ComputerBin provides free, informational tools and content related to AI models, prompting, and workflows — including calculators, generators, guides, and prompt templates. The Site is provided for general informational and productivity purposes only.

2. No professional advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, legal, tax, medical, or other professional advice. Tools such as pricing calculators are provided for general estimation only and should not be the sole basis for a business or financial decision. Always verify current figures with the original provider before relying on them.

3. Accuracy of information

We work to keep pricing, specifications, and other data on the Site accurate and up to date, and we note verification dates where relevant. However, third-party pricing, model availability, and specifications change frequently and without notice. We do not guarantee that any information on the Site is complete, current, or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions made based on outdated or inaccurate information.

4. Use of tools and content

You may use the Site’s tools, guides, and prompt library for personal or commercial work. You may not:

Copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions of the Site’s content as your own
Use automated systems to scrape the Site at a volume that degrades service for other users
Use the Site to build a directly competing product without permission

The Site links to and references third-party services (such as AI model providers) for context and comparison. We don’t control these third parties and aren’t responsible for their content, pricing, availability, or terms. Any use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms.

The Site’s design, code, original text, and branding are owned by ComputerBin unless otherwise noted. Prompts in the prompt library are provided for you to use and adapt freely. Product names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Site (for example, AI model or provider names) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison purposes only.

7. No warranty

The Site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ComputerBin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including decisions made based on tool outputs or published figures.

9. Changes to the Site or these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. We may also add, change, or remove tools and content at any time without notice.
